at the hotel. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.
Do they issue invoices (CFDI)? +
Yes. We issue CFDI invoices; just send us your current
Tax Status Certificate. You can request it at
the front desk or by mail, no later than the last
calendar day of the month.
What time is check-in and check-out? +
Check-in at 3:00 p.m., check-out at 12:00 p.m.
Late check-out subject to availability; a fee applies
after 3:00 p.m.
Is breakfast included? +
Breakfast is an extra charge; some rates include it.
